06–08 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate and oversee the academic activities across assigned classes/grades to ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum.
  • Assist the Head of Institution in academic planning, timetable development, and curriculum execution.
  • Monitor teachers’ lesson planning, classroom delivery, and adherence to academic standards.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of syllabus and preparation of academic reports.
  • Organize and facilitate teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain academic records, student performance data, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate internal assessments, exams, and result compilation processes.
  • Support teachers in developing teaching resources and improving instructional strategies.
  • Address academic issues of students in coordination with teachers and parents when required.
  • Ensure discipline and academic quality standards are maintained across the institution.
  • Prepare periodic academic reports for management review.
  • Facilitate communication between administration, teachers, and students regarding academic matters.
  • Strong knowledge of (Maths and Science Subjects).
  • Good team management and problem solving skills
