Position Title

Remote Personal Assistant

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support Dr Farhan and family with day-to-day personal, administrative, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for Dr Farhan and family

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries

  • Handle emails, calls, reminders, and correspondence professionally

  • Assist with personal errands and online purchases when required

  • Coordinate with vendors, household staff, clinics, schools, and service providers

  • Maintain records, documents, and important information in an organized manner

  • Support event planning, family coordination, and special projects

  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries as needed

  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and commitments

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator preferred

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and WhatsApp

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability

  • Stable internet connection and availability during assigned working hours
