About the Role:
To lead resource mobilization by identifying and engaging donors, executing fundraising initiatives, and building strong community partnerships to sustain and enhance organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new donor and partner opportunities
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and outreach activities
• Organize and manage fundraising events
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and school leadership
• Implement and monitor campaign activities across assigned schools
• Engage and retain donors and volunteers through regular communication
• Track donor commitments and maintain accurate records
• Prepare concise reports on fundraising performance
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven networking and relationship management skills
• Event planning and coordination expertise
• Research and data handling capability
• Basic analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity
