Essential Job Responsibilities

PR–SR Coordination and Quarterly Review Mechanism

  • Coordinate with Sub-Recipients (SRs) to schedule and organize quarterly review meetings with the Principal Recipient (PR).
  • Prepare structured agendas in consultation with the Director TB Program and relevant teams.
  • Document detailed minutes of meetings (MoMs), ensuring clarity of decisions and action points.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic follow-up mechanism to track progress on agreed actions with SRs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director TB Program on status of action points and implementation bottlenecks.

Data Analysis, Synthesis, and Decision Support

  • Coordinate closely with the Senior Program Officer – Data Analyst, Data Management Unit (DMU), and TB program component leads.
  • Facilitate analysis and triangulation of program data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop concise analytical briefs, dashboards, and summaries for the Director TB Program, SPMs, and STA.
  • Ensure the segregation of data and analysis on the basis of gender, disability, age etc
  • Support evidence-based decision-making by translating complex datasets into meaningful programmatic recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment of analyzed data with donor reporting requirements, particularly for Global Fund grants.
  • Provide quarterly progress against project indicators for all Sub-Recipients (SRs) to the Director TB Programme

Support to PUDR Development and LFA Processes

  • Assist the SPM – Case Finding in the development and consolidation of Progress Update and Disbursement Requests (PUDRs).
  • Coordinate with finance, program, and DMU teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions.
  • Support verification processes with the Local Fund Agent (LFA), including documentation and response to queries.
  • Contribute to strengthening internal quality assurance mechanisms for donor reporting.

Internal Program Review and Coordination

  • Lead the organization of internal program review meetings under the guidance of the Director TB Program.
  • Develop meeting agendas, ensure participation of relevant stakeholders, and document minutes.
  • Track and follow up on implementation of decisions and action points from internal reviews.
  • Support cross-component coordination to ensure timely resolution of programmatic issues.

Community Feedback and Accountability (CARM) Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with the CARM focal person to track and review community feedback received through established accountability mechanisms.
  • Facilitate timely, gender and inclusion-based analysis and categorization of feedback in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Support in addressing feedback and complaints through proactive coordination with TB program unit leads and/or Sub-Recipients (SRs), as appropriate.
  • Ensure systematic follow-up and closure of feedback cases and keep the Director TB Program informed of critical issues and trends.
  • Contribute to strengthening accountability to affected populations by ensuring feedback is translated into program improvements where relevant.
  • Incorporate CARM related agenda points in all internal review meetings
  • Ensure the incorporation of CARM feedback and programme/activities revision based on the feedback, in all internal and external reporting.

General Coordination and Reporting Support

  • Support the Director TB Program in ensuring effective coordination across program units and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to preparation of presentation, management briefs, summaries, and strategic documents as required.
  • Facilitate communication between program, data, and operational teams to ensure alignment.
