1. Introduction
Hashoo Foundation invites sealed proposals from building owners, real estate firms, and authorized agents for the provision of office space on a rental basis in Islamabad.
2. Requirement Overview
The organization intends to acquire suitable office premises with the following minimum requirements:
Area Required: Minimum approx 2,500 sq. ft. (preferably contiguous space)
Preferred Locations: Sectors H-8, I-8, I-9, G-8, G-9 & G-10
or nearby areas
Usage: NGO office setup
Availability: Ready to move or within a short handover period
3. Location Preference
Preference will be given to properties that:
- Are in commercial or approved office use zones
- Provide easy access to main roads and public transport
4. Minimum Facility Requirements
The premises offered should ideally include:
- Open workspace and partitioned offices
- Meeting/board room space
- Reception area
- Kitchen/pantry and washrooms
- Adequate parking facilities
- Reliable electricity supply
- Internet/telecom infrastructure availability
- Fire safety compliance and emergency exits
- Security arrangements
5. Lease Terms
