AiD USA LLC is expanding its footprint in the United States consulting market, targeting opportunities with federal and state agencies, multilateral organizations, philanthropic foundations, and private sector clients.
This role supports front-end business development, opportunity screening, and U.S. market entry readiness, while working closely with AiD Pvt Ltd (Pakistan) and AiD USA LLC leadership.
Identify and track U.S.-based consulting opportunities from:
Federal agencies (e.g., USAID, CDC, DOE)
State governments
Multilateral organizations
Foundations and philanthropic organizations
Large consulting firms (subcontracting opportunities)
Screen opportunities against:
Eligibility criteria (LLC vs. small business requirements)
Past performance requirements
Partnering/subcontracting needs
Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and tracker
Maintain and update a central BD tracker with:
Opportunity details
Deadlines
Qualification status
Required actions
Share weekly BD updates highlighting:
New opportunities identified
Qualified leads
Priority pursuits
Support preparation of U.S.-compliant BD materials, including:
Capability statements
Opportunity briefs
Expression of Interest (EOI) inputs
Assist in developing:
Affiliate/parent company experience documentation
Relationship statements (AiD Pvt Ltd – AiD USA LLC)
Letters of commitment for proposals
Ensure documentation aligns with U.S. federal procurement expectations (FAR principles)
Identify and profile potential:
U.S.-based small businesses
Consulting firms for teaming/subcontracting
Support outreach and coordination with partners
Maintain a database of potential partners and collaborators
Support development of U.S.-focused capability materials, including:
Sector-specific profiles
Project experience summaries
Expert databases
Assist in structuring:
Key personnel pools (for proposal use)
Experience mapping between AiD Pvt Ltd and AiD USA LLC
Support development of:
AiD USA LLC website content
LinkedIn presence and positioning
Conduct basic market research on:
Competitors
Sector trends
Client priorities
Coordinate between:
AiD USA LLC leadership
AiD Pvt Ltd technical and BD teams
Support early-stage administrative and regulatory alignment (SBA-related readiness, documentation, etc.)
Assist in organizing internal BD workflows and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration
Economics
Development Studies
Public Policy
International Relations or related field
1–4 years of relevant experience in:
Business development
Research and analysis
Proposal support
Consulting or development sector work
Exposure to donor-funded projects (USAID, World Bank, ADB, etc.) is an advantage
Strong English writing and communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to screen and synthesize information quickly
Good working knowledge of:
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Online research tools and LinkedIn
Familiarity with U.S. procurement platforms (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov) is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently with structured reporting
Number of opportunities identified and screened weekly
Number of qualified leads generated
Contribution to proposal preparation and submissions
