Relevant Experience:

 

  • 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in training, capacity building, and organizational development (preferably in NGO/INGO settings).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering Training of Trainers (ToT) and large-scale capacity-building programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in inclusive training approaches and disability mainstreaming, particularly in programs involving Persons with Disabilities (PWDs).
  • Prior experience working with BMZ/CBM-funded or other international donor-funded projects will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in developing training materials/manuals and implementing cascade training approaches at community level.
  • Experience in rural community development and working with Community Committees (CCs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Urdu and Pashto is required for effective community engagement.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan Sign Language (PSL) will be considered a strong asset for inclusive communication with Persons with Disabilities.
