Manager Projects - Electrical
Engineer (Project Location:
DG Khan)

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Must have hands-on experience in MEP Projects, Elevators, Escalators, Generators, HVAC, or Government Infrastructure Projects.
• Experiance in HT/LT Electrcal Distribution System
• Strong understanding of tender drawings, BOQs, project costing, and execution methodology.
• Previous experience dealing with Government / Semi-Government departments is mandatory.

Job Description:

• 1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of all assigned projects in DG Khan Region.
  • Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, manpower deployment, and material planning.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow at project locations.

  2. Technical Supervision

  • Supervise technical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of:
    • Elevators & Escalators
    • Generators
    • Internal/External Electrification
    • HT/LT Electrical Distribution System
    • MEP Works
  • Ensure all engineering work is performed according to technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.

  3. Government & Client Coordination

  • Liaise with government departments, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Attend technical meetings, inspections, and project progress review sessions.
  • Handle all correspondence related to site execution, approvals, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with public sector clients.

  4. Team Management

  • Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams.
  • Assign duties and monitor staff performance on a daily basis.
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and safety compliance at all project sites.

       5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation including site reports, inspection reports, client approvals, and completion records.
