Sales Executive

Relevant Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Candidates having experience in the construction industry, particularly in building materials, cables, electrical products, or related fields, will be preferred

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and recovery targets in the assigned territory
• Conduct daily market visits, engage with clients, and close sales effectively
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert leads into business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports
