Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects and operations
  
  

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with donor and statutory requirements
  
  

• Manage grants, donor funds, and compliance with financial guidelines
  
  

• Supervise accounting functions, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
  
  

• Strengthen internal controls and financial management systems
  
  

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of observations
  
  

• Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
  

• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in UN, NGOs, or donor-funded projects
  
  

• Strong knowledge of donor compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP & MIS systems
  
  

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  
  

• High level of integrity and attention to detail
