Scope of Work:
The Admin & HR Assistant supports the Admin & HR Officer in day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the School Meal Project, ensuring accurate record-keeping, staff coordination, and administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including interview coordination and documentation.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and Timesheets.
- Support preparation of contracts, HR letters, and staff Employee personal files.
- Assist with onboarding and exit processes.
- Compile payroll supporting documents and submit to the Head office-ISB.
- Maintain employee databases and HR Trackers.
- Support management of staff benefits and advances documentation.
- Manage office correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Support procurement and logistics documentation.
- Assist in office supply management and inventory tracking.
- Support travel and meeting arrangements.
- Support field staff coordination and documentation.
- Assist during distributions, trainings, and monitoring visits as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or HR support.
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and labor laws is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
