Operation of surface facilities of oil and gas wells.
Operation and troubleshooting of Gas Processing Plants with hands on experience on PLC and DCS.
Ability to perform process simulations (AspenTech HYSYS, Pipesim)
Operation of utilities, gas compressors and turbines.
Chemical engineering calculations, heat and material balances yield estimation, knowledge of project cost estimation.
Reviewing of Process design, P&IDs, feasibility studies.
Good knowledge of codes and standards.
Knowledge of Process and Occupational Safety, experienced in risk assessments (like HAZOP) and accident investigation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate surface facilities of oil and gas wells and participation in well testing
Operation and troubleshooting of Gas Processing plants like Amine Sweetening, Glycol, Dehydration, Sulphur Recovery Unit, LPG Recovery Plant and Cryogenic Operations.
Conduct simulation studies using POL licensed process simulation software package such as HYSYS.
Coordinate the execution of capacity increase studies with operating facility, licensor and detailed engineering design contractor. This would involve design review, P&IDs study, setting the design basis and scope of work.
Operations of DCS, PLC.
Operation of utilities including Steam Boilers, Water Treatments, Power Generation, Gas Compressors and Turbines.
Chemical Engineering Calculations, Heat and Material Balances, Yield Estimation, Knowledge of Project Cost Estimation.
Good Knowledge of Engineering, Environmental, Oil and Gas Codes and Standards.
Knowledge of Process and Occupational Safety, Experienced in Risk Assessments (Like HAZOP) and accident investigation.
