CARE Pakistan invites local and national NGOs registered with the Economic Affairs Division (EAD) and having a strong operational presence in District Badin, Sindh, to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for implementing an upcoming project focused on enhancing community resilience to climate change.

The initiative aims to strengthen community preparedness and institutional capacity while delivering humanitarian assistance in response to ongoing and future disasters. The programme will build scalable, sustainable, inclusive, and gender-responsive climate resilience models across key sectors.

Eligible Sectors:

  • Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

  • Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL)

  • Disaster Risk Reduction/Disaster Risk Management (DRR/DRM)

  • Financial inclusion and empowerment

  • Climate change

  • Nutrition

  • Protection – Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (including GBV)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Sindh-based, Pakistani not-for-profit organizations

  • Valid EAD registration and MoU

  • Operational presence in District Badin for the last 10 years

  • Minimum three donor-funded projects (PKR 5 million each) completed within the past three years

  • Proven technical expertise and emergency response experience

  • Strong linkages with relevant government departments
