Provide administrative and clerical support to HR and Operations.

Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory registers.

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondence.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal departments.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times.

Facilitate staff requests and support daily office operations.

Assist in event/meeting arrangements when required.
