Job Description:

  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors, answering calls, and maintaining visitor logs.

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to HR and Operations.

  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory registers.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondence.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate with internal departments.

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times.

  • Facilitate staff requests and support daily office operations.

  • Assist in event/meeting arrangements when required.

  • MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE
