|
Position Objectives:
- Operationalize, administer and coordinate at all levels for successful implementation Primary Healthcare plus Routine Immunization program in Baka Khel and Domel of Sub-Division Wazir area while engaging efficiently with all stakeholders, complying required supervision services standard in collaboration with Provincial Manager to achieve programme outcomes

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:

|
- Responsible in execution, implementation and coordination of Health and immunization program in coordination with Provincial Programme Manager and follow-ups of project activities in the field accordingly.
|
|

|
Execute program activities according to approved project proposal, Plan of Action (PoA), Evaluation and Performance Monitoring (EPM) and budget.
|
|
3
|
Process financial and activities reports received from the UCs, Health facilities and immunization staff, conduct programs financial reconciliation based on activity and financial reporting.
|
|
4
|
Supervise the PRCS immunization field staff (including Surveillance officers, Social Mobilizers and Vaccinators) at the field area, while working to enhance the capacities of the field staff.
|
|
5
|
Ensure information management of the project, i,e., file management, data archiving, data entry for financial and activity data base, conduct disease trend analysis, financial consumption analysis.
|
|

|
Conduct active surveillance visits in the Health Facilities as per EPI and CDC-RI guidelines.
|
|
7
|
Support timely collection of all EPI data, use of EPI data for action and feed-forward to Provincial level and use standard data collection tools for RI coverage reporting.
|
|

|
Achieve the optimum level of EPI service delivery through fixed, outreach and extended outreach sessions, according to micro plan for PRCS staff aligned with EPI micro planning to work in close coordination and collaboration with district EPI department to include zero dose and or missed children, in the assigned UCs of the district Bannu, in close coordination with DHO, EPI Coordinator and other stakeholders at district level.

Provide technical support to all or specific immunization activities and SIAs when assigned by the Provincial and National supervisors
|

|
Implement any other task assigned by the Supervisor and reporting to the PHQ on formats provided by the IFRC.
|
|

|
Conduct regular in-depth data analysis and performance review of Surveillance network, identify gaps and take corrective measures.
|
|
12
|
To coordinate and liaise closely with DC, DHO, EPI Coordinator, stakeholders and other line departments in SD-Wazir area of district Bannu and conduct free medical camps, in coordination with health authorities.
|
|
13
|
Support and arrange training and capacity building of PRCS RI staff in field as well as Department of Health (DoH) personnel as per needs in collaboration with other stakeholders.
|
|
14
|
Synergize Integrated Service Delivery Activities to enhance RI coverage through medical camps and work as a Medical Officer in the medical camp or mobile health team, if required.
|
|

|
To ensure proper reception storage and dispense of medicines by standard warehouse running documents and procedures and to locate the drugs by categorized lay-out.
|
|
16
|
Ensuring provision of Behavior Change Communication (BCC) support through Village Health committees (VHC) to enhance vaccine acceptance and reduce dropout rate.
|
|

|
To regularly Monitor (at least 2 visits per week to each BHU and catchment communities for smooth implementation, monitoring of vaccinators and social mobilizers, and submission on field visit report to all concerned.
|
|

|
To submit field visit reports on weekly and monthly reports on monthly basis on provided formats on agreed timelines with Programme Manager.
|
|

|
To perform other duties and tasks, as required or assigned by PRCS provincial management.
|
|
|
Education.
|
|
|
MBBS/MD Degree, registration with Pakistan Medical Council (PMC) is mandatory, additionally Master’s in Public Health will be given preference.
|
|
|
Experience.
|
|
|
- The incumbent must have at least 2 years of professional work experience in disease surveillance, immunization activities, healthcare services & emergencies or other field-level public health programs.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity and work experience with community.
- The incumbent must have clear understanding of gender equality, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment.
