Manager Operations

Rozan is a national non-government and not-for-profit organization, working on mental health, gender, and violence against women and children since 1998. We are inviting applications from excellence-driven, self-motivated, and committed individuals for the position of Manager Operations.

Required qualifications, and experience:

• Master’s Degree in Public Administration or related field from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in managing operations of an organization.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Office Administration andHR policies and procedures.
• Have a strong grip on procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Have good knowledge of maintaining office IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of financial procedures and policy compliances.
• Demonstrated experience in developing policies on procurement,human resource development, and management policies. 
• Excellent knowledge of staff safety and security plans and procedures.
• Have worked in an environment to create a value-based organizational culture.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Abilities for multi-tasking and judgment about organizational priorities with strategic vision.
• Leadership and team management skills
• Sensitivity towards issues of gender, and violence against women and children.
• Demonstrated skills in diplomacy, confidentiality, and active collaboration.
• Experience working in NGOs / development sector would be preferred.
