Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Coordinator at Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) located in Lodhran, will be reporting to manager operations. The Operations Coordinator

  • will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, fleet management, warehouse management, organizing events, security, obtaining NOCs and implementing process improvement strategies. 
  • S/he will also responsibible to collaborate with cross-functional teams and procurement department to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely project/ assignment completion.
  • will be responsible of any other task/assigment assign by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations management or a related field
  • Excellent proven experience of administration, warehouse management, security and procurement
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
