Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Coordinator at Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) located in Lodhran, will be reporting to manager operations. The Operations Coordinator
- will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, fleet management, warehouse management, organizing events, security, obtaining NOCs and implementing process improvement strategies.
- S/he will also responsibible to collaborate with cross-functional teams and procurement department to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely project/ assignment completion.
- will be responsible of any other task/assigment assign by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in operations management or a related field
- Excellent proven experience of administration, warehouse management, security and procurement
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
