Job Summary:

The NGO intends to hire an enthusiastic, committed, highly organized, proactive and dedicated Manager of HR & Administration to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing both human resources and administrative functions essential to our operations. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, handling employee relations, and overseeing general administrative tasks such as office management and facilities maintenance. 

 

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and orientation.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, including managing employee records and resolving payroll-related issues.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage general administrative functions, including office management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Any other task assigned by the management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and benefits management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software.
  • Retired armed forces personnel will be preferred.
