  1. Educational Qualification:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in adult education, training, or a specific area of expertise relevant to the training content (e.g., leadership development, communication skills) are preferred.

  1. Professional Experience:
    • At least five years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in areas such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork.
    • Experience working in or with humanitarian, development, or multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by employees in these sectors.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for adults, including the use of modern teaching methodologies and technology.
  2. Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience and facilitate open, productive discussions.
    • Expertise in active learning strategies and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet participants' needs and learning styles.
    • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools, capable of delivering both in-person and remote training sessions effectively.
    • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that respects diversity and promotes teamwork.
  3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
  4. Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel to different locations as required by the training schedule.
    • A portfolio or evidence of previous training sessions, including participant feedback and outcomes, is highly desirable.
