Functions & Responsibilities:

1.      Overall administration, supervision and monitoring of the National Society’s programs and projects.

2.      Assess, Design & implement the National Society’s programs/projects in line with the Policy Framework.

3.      Coordination with Stakeholders for Partnership, Integration and Networking at both institutional and community level.

4.      Custodian of the National Society’s protocols and intellectual property.

5.      Responsible for organizational development, resource mobilization and financial sustainability related to structure and services. 

6.      Responsible for Human Resource Management.

7.      Responsible for Security Risk Management.

8.      Coordinate and manage the National and International staff movement.

9.      Ensure logistic management for all programs & projects.

10.  Responsible for Financial Management & Accountability with optimum utilization of resources.

11.  Ensure Narrative & Financial Reporting on monthly/quarterly basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Master Degree in Social/Management Sciences (preferably Disaster Management/ Project Management)

Experience

At least 5 years intensive, multi-sectorial & practical experience in;

  • Proposal writing and project management (with special focus on Disaster Risk Management & Community resilience programs)
  • Resource mobilization/fundraising and development of viable business plans
  • Technical & vocational trainings services
  • Partnership building, coordination, networking and integration of programs
  • Office Administration & Human Resource Management
  • Security risk management
  • Monitoring and evaluation

Age Limit

30- 45 years (age relaxation will be given in special case)

Competencies

  • Excellent reporting skills (both narrative and financial)
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.)
  • Excellent coordination & communication skills in local language, Urdu and English.
  • Willing to travel within/outside KP for various field activities.

Domicile

  • KP(preference will be given to local candidates)
