Position Objectives:
|
To coordinate Chairman’s office day to day functioning, facilitate & provide comprehensive protocol services and support to Chairman by overseeing Chairman office’s protocol tasks.
|
Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
|
|
Coordinated and smooth functioning of Chairman’s office.
|
|
Provision of high level of protocol support to Honorable Chairman.
|
|
Manage protocol procedures while liaising with Government/Military/Security departments or any other stakeholders, if required.
|
|
Administrative activities for Chairman office that includes: Processing of official files, note taking and preparing presentations for meetings and maintaining files for Chairman’s office.
|
|
Coordinate operations of Chairman office: Maintaining security and sanctity, coordination for travel & lodging arrangements, visa & airport arrangements and other tasks for smooth running of Chairman Secretariat.
|
|
Ensure high level of discretion while dealing with confidential and sensitive matters relating Chairman Secretariat with confidentiality, work ethics and professional disposition.
|
|
Work closely with PA to Chairman on scheduled meetings calendar and prepare reports prior to or after meetings.
|
|
Ensure Chairman Office’s protocol are followed and maintained at all times.
|
|
Manage incoming correspondence at Chairman office, present correspondence to Chairman and prepare draft or final responses as directed by Chairman in a timely manner.
|
|
Any other duty assigned by the Chairman and PRCS senior management.
|
Education
|
Master’s in any filed from HEC recognized University.
|
Experience
|
Minimum 07 years’ experience of protocol & secretarial work.
|
Skills/Knowledge
|
- Effective time management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of protocol procedures
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethics
