Job Description:

  • Good exposure and hand-on experience in currently used Microsoft Operating Systems including migrations, upgrades and troubleshooting etc.
  • Should have good knowledge of Windows server 2012
  • Should have knowledge of Microsoft licencing.
  • Should have exposure to user and Group Policies.
  • Knowledge to any Helpdesk Ticketing/System Monitoring System.
  • Knowledge and experience of configuring Windows and other Environments (DHCP, DNS, FTP, Group Policies, IIS)
  • Knowledge and experience of Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting of MS Outlook, Windows live mail, Thunderbird.
  • Knowledge and experience of Troubleshooting LAN based network as well Wi-Fi and VPN related issue.
  • Knowledge and experience to identify, evaluate, prioritize and troubleshoot internal user’s problems and complaints.

Qualification: MCS, MIT, BS/BE Computer Engineering or Equivalent.

Relevant Experience: 6 Years
