· Ensure installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, Wifi networks, printers and scanner in Implementation and Field offices
· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policies
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
· Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts when required
· Maintain complete record of organization wide IT assets and software licenses (if required)
· Ensure provision of stream less internet connection and manage troubleshooting when required
· Participation in organizational training programs
· Providing support in organizational websites maintenance
· Provide Guidance and Support and coach junior staff in Supervision
