INCUMBENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • ASSIST PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY INSTITUTIONS IN PLANNING, MANAGEMENT, EXECUTION AND MONITORING OF TTF PROJECT ACTIVITIES.
  • MANAGE FIELD LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS WITH RELEVANT STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITIES.
  • COORDINATE WITH THE IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS TO TRACK PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL PROGRESS OF THE ONGOING TTF PROJECT AT FIELD LEVEL.
  • INTERACT/ HOLD MEETINGS WITH THE POS AND CIS MEMBERS AIMING TO ACHIEVE AGREED TARGETS AND GENERATE PROGRESS REPORTS ON MONTHLY BASIS.
  • WRITE NEW/GRANT IDEAS, NFRS, CASE STUDIES, SUCCESS STORIES AND WEEKLY UPDATES.
  • SUPPORT PROJECTS / PROGRAM TEAMS IN SHOWCASING THEIR PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS
  • ASSIST THE TEAM IN PREPARATION OF PROGRESS AND NEED-BASED REPORTS
  • PREPARE MONTHLY, QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL MANAGEMENT REPORTS
  • COLLECT AND COMPILE DATA ON THE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS FOR TTF/SMALL GRANT PROJECTS
  • MAINTAIN REGULAR DOCUMENTATION OF CASE STUDIES AND LESSONS LEARNT
  • CONDUCT REGULAR VISITS TO THE PROJECT AREA FOR INTERVIEWING BENEFICIARIES AND COLLECTING PRIMARY INFORMATION FOR CASE STUDIES AND SUBMIT FIELD VISIT REPORT TO THE TEAM LEADER
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING ALL NECESSARY PROGRAMME RECORDS/ DOCUMENTS AND MAINTAIN PROPER FILES FOR ALL RECORDS CONCERNING FOR THE UNIT VARIOUS PROJECTS.
  • RESPONSIBLE FOR TIMELY PREPARATION OF PERIODIC PROGRESS REPORTS ON GIVEN FORMAT TO BE PRESENTED TO THE MANAGEMENT AND DONOR.
  • WORK IN CLOSE COORDINATION WITH TEAM LEADER TO ENSURE QUALITY.

 QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • AT LEAST 16 YEARS OF EDUCATION OR MASTERS IN SOCIAL SCIENCES AND RELEVANT DISCIPLINES / PROJECT MANAGEMENT/MASTERS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION / MASTERS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION FROM A HEC RECOGNIZED INSTITUTE.
  • MINIMUM 03 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE.
  • REPORT WRITING SKILLS.
  • TEAM WORKING SKILLS TO WORK IN A TEAM ORIENTED WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
  • OPERATIONAL UNDERSTANDING ALONG WITH GOOD PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
  • GOOD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
  • WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PRESENTATION SKILLS WITH PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE SUITE.
  • ADAPTABILITY SKILLS IN ORDER TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT UNITS.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF LOCAL LANGUAGE WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
