Consultant - Content Development
for Startup Incubation Program

BACKGROUND

An international organization is organizing “Virtual Incubation Program” for Pakistani startups. We are looking for a consultant for content development for said program

STATEMENT OF WORK

• Organization requires to customize its incubation program curricula for a specific project.
• Following modules along with training delivery tools needs to be developed.
• All training modules should be developed using design thinking methodology
• Training delivery tools should include, audio visual presentations, charts, videos, exercises and hands-on-assignments
• Each module, in addition to subject matter and training delivery tools, should also have reference reading material for trainees
• Each module should have detailed instruction manual for trainer
• Consultant will also be responsible for all graphics and design work for training modules.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Consultant should have extensive experience in content development for incubation & entrepreneurship development program
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement training methodologies using design thinking
• Demonstrated ability to work in close partnership with programme implementation teams

1. For Organizations: CVs of subject matter specialist to be deputed on content design and development
2. For Individuals: Detailed CV detailing similar previous projects/assignments
3. 2 Sample modules of similar subjects, developed previously
4. Detailed methodology to be used in content design and development
5. Detailed financial proposal
