Terms of References (TORs)


PRCS is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Consultant to provide expert advice and support in revamping PRCS Human Resources function aligned with Organization’s current and future objectives.

TORs for the HR Consultant are as follows:

 Perform assessment and evaluation of existing HR procedures, processes and make recommendations for improvement accordingly
 Review and restructure PRCS overall organizational setup aligned with PRCS’ current strategy and objectives.
 Support and advise on managing Recruitment and Placement of resources
 Conduct Employee and Role Profiling analysis across the board for the Succession Planning and effective Human Resource Development.
 Develop HR Compliance procedures and provide support in the implementation
 Provide Employee Counselling and Coaching to facilitate employees in defining and managing their career paths as required

Educational Qualification: Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized local or international university.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience. HR and Change Management Experience from the development sector would be preferred.
