JOB TITLE:                     Coordination and Communication Specialist

REPORTS TO:               Project Director

LOCATION:                  Islamabad


Position Objective

Coordination and Communication Specialist will be responsible to look after coordination and communication related activities

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordination and management of all activities, including content management, norms for publishing, design, liaison with printers and other suppliers to oversee production and supervision of publications dissemination
  2. Formatting and review of documents including training/ post activity reports, training curriculum, and any other related material
  3. Maintain data base of relevant contacts of Government and donor/ development partners
  4. Drafting and ensuring issuance of letters to Government/ donors/ development partners as and when required
  5. Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Specifications

Education: Minimum Bachelors / Master’s degree

Work Experience: 5 years of relevant experience; experience of working with international donors will be preferred
