QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor degree from a university recognized by the HEC.
Law Graduate shall be preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years or work experience in relevant environment with hands on knowledge of procurement cycle, tender processes, inventory management, estate management.
Must be well aware of public procurement.
Shall be well aware of general office Management.
Must be aware with concepts of contract preparation and its management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provision of hands on information for formulation of Annual Procurement Plan.
Support in Tendering process, Pre-Qualifications & Expression of Interests
Contact venders for procurement via three quotations and maintain list of active venders for immediate disposal of purchase demand
Prepares and store documents of contract related to procurements
Inventory management
Development of routine duty rosters
Prepare monthly budget dashboard of admin
