An International Medical organization is seeking a highly motivated & local applicant for the position of [WATCHMAN] based in [ISLAMABAD].
Job Purpose
Protecting and Guarding Organization premises, owned or rented spaces, vehicles, and personnel ensuring safety and security based on organizational security protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Reception and authorization of visitors in organization premises, keeping a log of their presence ;
- Conduct routine patrols especially at night time, to make sure that all security measures are in place and there is no trespassing;
- Guide vehicles coming in or out of the premises;
- Conduct perimeter surveillance and report to the Base Logistician any suspicious/threating activities;
- Handles and maintain the tools dedicate to surveillance and guarding tasks (ex. Torch, Cameras);
- Making sure that all windows and doors are locked after working hours;
- Report any security incident immediately to the Base Logistician (ex. Trespassing/Theft/Aggression);
- Make sure that Organizational personnel and visitors are safe from aggression, Harassment, etc.
Education: Primary school certificate
Experience: Minimum of 02 years’ experience on similar role or 1 year experience in Guarding and Protection with any recognized INGO or organization. Ability to read and write is preferable, in addition to basic mathematical skill like counting.

- Conceptual: Ability to listen, observe and understand the actions and behaviors of others.
- Linguistic: Good communication skills in Urdu, English.
