Incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Assess, revise and tailor innovative projects from partners.
- Design in-house innovative projects for the organization.
- Establish and maintain relationships with unique and non-traditional partners.
- Maintain lessons learnt and generate extensive write ups.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in organizational projects and incorporate these where needed.
- Integrate innovation into organization’s work at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Develop short- and long-term innovation strategies for the organization and its Partner Organizations.
- Review the existing rules, administrative instructions, donor guidelines and other relevant materials concerning the organization or its lower tier organizations and suggest innovative improvements where required.
- Identify strengths and areas of improvements of the existing system and propose adjustments/modifications based on the principles set out in the practices and international standards.
- Carryout impact analysis of innovative interventions.
Qualification/Experience
- At least 16 years of education or Masters in Social Sciences and relevant disciplines / Project Management/ Business Administration / Public Administration from a HEC recognized institute.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with an International development sector organization with less than one year in a team management role.
- Experience in research and development and incorporating creative learning methodologies in the organization.
- Experience working with social enterprises and impact innovation will be preferred.
- Experience in liaising/coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Possess good knowledge of relevant innovation concepts, principles and structural approaches required at national / international level.
- Possess donor relationship management and report writing skills.
- Be a team player, system thinker, goal driven, innovative and action oriented individual.
- Specialized knowledge and significant documented experience in strategy development with a focus on Innovation.
- Willing to travel across Pakistan.
