Objective of the Consultancy

A consultant is working on development of PC-I for FY (2020-25) for Elimination of Hepatitis C  in the country in consultation with public and private sector stakeholders.The objective of this consultancy is to provide support to PC-1 consultant in developing physical and financial quantities required over programme period and their phasing aligned with country’s development plan.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The sub-consultant under direct supervision and guidance of the consultant working on the development of PC-I for FY (2020-25) for the Elimination of Hepatitis C and Country Director GHSC PSM Project, with 30 days of LOE spread over till 30^th June, 2020.

Following are the principal duties and responsibilities:

1. The sub-consultant will be responsible for defining physical and financial quantities of PC-I for five years (2020-25) for the Elimination of Hepatitis C;  
2. Respond and readjust physical and financial quantities in the worksheets/cost tables as deemed necessary during the PC-1 approval process at different forums.
3. Any other assignment given by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the required knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the principal duties.

• Postgraduate University degree in in Computer Sciences and economics
• Minimum of Ten (10) years of working experience on handling data, including designing tables for physical and financial quantities
• Excellent skills in excel and other databses;
• Fluency in English required

Deliverable(s):

1. Physical and financial quantities and cost tables as per requirement of a comprehensive PC-I (2020-25) for Elimination of Hepatitis C in the country  

Period of Performance and LOE

The expected duration of the assignment expands for 2 months with a total LOE (Level of Effort) of 30 days.

Supervision

The sub-consultant will report to the consultant working on the development of PC-I for FY (2020-25) for the Elimination of Hepatitis C and Country Director GHSC PSM Project
