Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain administrative systems, including but not limited to, communications logs and filing systems.

2. As directed, coordinate procurement needs, including identification of suitable vendors, collection of price quotes, and assist project operations by documenting office supply inventories. Maintain working relationships with appropriate vendors, as necessary.

3. Assist technical staff in arranging visas, hotel accommodations, and other logistics.

4. Prepare reports of meetings convened or attended by project   team.

5. Take meeting minutes for all team meetings and distribute accordingly.

6. Host project visitors and arrange meeting logistics. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience; USAID experience preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  4. Fluency in English required
  5. Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.

Location of Assignment:

The employee will be based in Islamabad, Pakistan with intennittent travel throughout the country.
