JOB DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK
TITLE: Internee - Finance
PROJECT/UNI: PEEP Project, Lahore – Pakistan
Duration of Services: Six months
The Finance Internee reports to the Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities and duties:
- Scanning of vouchers and finance documents.
- Filing of vouchers and finance documents.
- File numbering and tagging.
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Assist in preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
Requirements
Applicants should be Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or Accounting majors with proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
