Gardener

Position Summary: 

The responsibility of a Gardener is to maintain the beauty of plants, outdoor grounds, and trees in a garden spaces (as required). To perform a range of general maintenance tasks including producing, renewing and preserving outside spaces for approximately 5 properties; 

Major Responsibilities: 

• Full time gardener required for approximately 5 gardens in: F8 (x1), E7 (x2), F7 (x2)
• Gardening all outside areas, including tending flowerbeds and lawns

 Maintenance tasks: 

• keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter
• Producing, Renewing and Preserving outside spaces of the house (green area)
• Maintenance of all green areas of the house
• Keeping the garden and parking area tidy
• Able to rotate across the required adjecent sectors_residencies 
• May assist in various maintenance activities as required
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Languages):  

• High school diploma; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
• Knowledge of horticulture methods and materials, landscaping and cultivation of plants
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable; Ability to perform grounds maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of fertilizer and/or pesticide applications; Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
