Relevant Experience & Qualification:

  • Master preferably in Social work or any discipline of Social Sciences.
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Pro Women Laws and legislative Advocacy
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • 5 -8 years working experience in the field of social sector particularly with Legislators and Government at provincial and  district level 

Job Description:

  • Appraising the project activities, progress reports (both narrative and financial) and streamlining the regional  work and documentation
  • Contribute in generating periodic regional quality analytical reports and sharing it with MER section
  • Periodic field visits to gather information, case studies, tracking change as a result of programme intervention and sharing that information
  • Responsible for managing MIS at regional level and to present the status to the management committee highlighting gaps in performance and systems
  • Facilitate regional programme team in coordination with MER manager and regional head/manager in developing understanding of LFM, linking activities with results
  • Building capacity of regional programme team and partners on research on local issues, analysis of research data, analytical report writing etc
  • Review / comment on any qualitative surveys, studies by partners
  • Facilitating MER team at NC for the midterm reviews, evaluations, baseline study and research related to our programme
  • Ensures that systems and processes at regional level are aligned with SPO’s broader programme management approach
  • Ensures that learning is shared effectively between SPO partners, and across the SPO programmes at regional level
  • CF Project process monitoring and feedback to improve the quality of inputs towards the achievement of desired results
  • Manage MEAL Mechanism and support for CF Evaluation(External)
  • Develop and implement MEAL plan
  • Keep record of learning and Challenges
  • Maintain project record/quantitative data
  • Develop and document case studies/change stories
  • Regular Field monitoring reports
  • Review and analyse information  collected through process monitoring and timely identification of need for change
  • Carry out follow up monitoring visits
  • Any other MEAL related work assigned by CF project Management. 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values.
  • Participate in the SPO programme planning and review meeting if needed.
  • Carry out any other project relevant activities as assigned by the supervisor.
