Accomplished System Operations (Private) Limited (ASO Limited) is a registered service providing company. Major services provided to the clients include: Transportation services, Protocol services, Human Resources, Property services, IT and Communications services, Accounting services, Financial management services in support of projects and Security, Management services & Project Management services.

We are looking for a candidate in Islamabad office to provide IT support to one of our international management client.

JOB CONTEXT & PURPOSE

(Brief summary of the position, i.e. why does the role exist?)

The SharePoint administrator role will help to maintain the SharePoint Online service its associated sites and Team spaces.  The SharePoint administrator will also be required to help migrate data into SharePoint Online and support Microsoft Teams and our on-premise SharePoint solution called ‘The Portal’.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

(e.g. internal and external relationships)

  • Reports to and receives direction from the Service Delivery Manager
  • Interacts with ASI staff at all levels of the organisation in carrying out their duties
  • Liaises and escalates P1+ incidents and manages targets and service levels
  • Interacts with approved external service and repair venders and suppliers
  • Follows the IT Policies and Cyber Security policies and enforces all policies at all times

 

KEY TASKS

 -Manage all SharePoint administration activities including creating new, archiving and deleting old SharePoint sites.

-Act as the primary escalation point for SharePoint related service desk calls.

-Take on a wider customer service role – listen to the needs of the business and provide recommendations for improvements in service.

-Provide on-going updates on project activities in ‘Monday’.

-Report back risks to the IT Risk Register.

-Perform daily briefings to service desk staff including 3rd parties where appropriate.

-Providing staff training and briefing as appropriate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintain SharePoint Online and on-premise

  • Ensure backups are performed

  • Document the SharePoint service, any changes, common problems and training documentation.

  • Supporting resolution to outages

  • Ensuring integrity of company data

  • Regular monthly and weekly status reporting

 

 

 MINIMUM

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Desirable – Good undergraduate IT degree or equivalent IT experience & qualification (MCSD or any other Microsoft certification)

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2+ years of administering SharePoint Online or on-premise
  • 2+ years of working in helpdesk environment
