Qualifications

- A master's degree in Business or Public Administration
- Must have acquired specialized training in Procurement domain
- Certification in Public Procurement with CIP level II.

Experience

- 4 to 5 years of progressively responsible procurement experience is required at
the national or international level. The experience must in an organization that has dealt with large scale procurements. 
- Experience of dealing with public (Government) sector procurement is mandatory.
- The candidate must have made some notable achievements in his/her career and should demonstrate these in the resume.
