NJHR is hiring experienced PPP and investment specialists for a fixed term engagement of 5 to 6 months, supporting three major development assignments in Punjab, each covering comprehensive feasibility studies and detailed engineering design.
The role leads the PPP, investment and financial structuring workstream and shapes how the commercial and investment components of these projects are taken to market. Experience with Big 4 Covering PPP Experience will be preferred.
What you bring:
• Master's in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACMA, ACCA or CFA is an advantage
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Depth across PPP transaction advisory, financial modelling, investment structuring and project finance
• Strong command of concessions, concession frameworks and project structuring
• Banking, infrastructure finance or commercial asset investment background
• Judgement on which components suit PPP or private investment versus public financing
What you will do:
• Develop financial models that identify which components are suitable for PPP or private investment and which should be publicly financed
• Structure investment, concession and lease arrangements, investment packages and project finance for commercial components
• Package investment ready sites and prepare technical inputs for serviced plots, investor packages and PPP and concession structures
• Assess commercial asset investment opportunities and recommend PPP versus public financing
• Prepare site specific investment briefs covering land and site status, enabling works, indicative investment needs, commercial model, risks, approvals and implementation sequence
• Prepare PPP investment ready projects and propose adaptive reuse plans where relevant
• Define the boundary between publicly funded enabling infrastructure and privately financed and operated commercial assets
• Recommend institutional arrangements for operation and maintenance after completion
• Prepare implementation roadmaps with short, medium and long term investment plans
• Prepare investment pitch studies and investor and PPP profile packaging for feasible opportunities
