INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF VENDORS 2026–2028
Shifa Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation working across Pakistan in health, nutrition, WASH, food security, livelihoods, disaster risk reduction and education. It invites sealed applications from firms registered in Pakistan for inclusion in its approved vendor list for 2026–2028. The list will be valid for two years, with an annual performance review.

(*) A valid licence in the firm’s own name is required.
Firms may apply for one main category and, at most, one directly linked second category. Catering and event management, legal services, air ticketing and hotel accommodation are not part of this prequalification.
WHO CAN APPLY
Applicants must:
- be registered in Pakistan (sole proprietor, partnership or company);
- hold a valid NTN, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and hold sales tax registration where applicable;
- have at least one year in business, with an income tax return filed for the latest tax year;
- maintain a bank account in the name of the business or its owner;
- hold all licences required for their line of business;
- have completed at least three orders in each category applied for within the last three years;
- not be blacklisted or debarred by any government body, donor, UN agency, NGO or Shifa Foundation.

HOW TO APPLY
- Download the attached Prequalification Document (free of charge).
- Complete Forms 1–6, signing and stamping every page.
- Attach all documents in the checklist, including the attested affidavit on stamp paper. Applicants for G6 and G7 must include a sample pack or kit.
- Seal the application in one envelope marked “Application for Prequalification 2026-28”, with the firm’s name, address and category codes written on the outside.
SUBMISSION
Deadline: Thursday, 26 November 2026, 11:00 AM. Late applications will not be accepted.
Applications may be delivered by hand, registered post or courier, Monday to Saturday. Applications are not received on Sundays or public holidays.

IMPORTANT
- Applying is free. No Shifa Foundation staff member is authorised to ask for any payment.
- Prequalification does not guarantee any order. All purchases will continue to be made through competitive quotations or tenders.
- Contacting any staff or Committee member about an application, other than through the email above, may lead to disqualification.
- Shifa Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any application in line with the prequalification document.
