Meta Based Video Message
Influencers

1. Background

Under the project “Access to Climate Security and Environmental Justice in Gwadar, Balochistan,” 10 trusted local social media influencers of Gwadar will be engaged through Facebook and Instagram to raise community awareness about government grievance redressal mechanisms. The influencers will develop 3–5 minute video messages in local languages.

 2. Objective

 To increase community awareness and understanding of:

• Available government grievance redressal mechanisms.
• Relevant government departments.
• Complaint submission and follow-up procedures.
• How communities can access and use these mechanisms.

3. Scope of Work

Each influencer will:

• Develop one 3–5 minute video on an approved grievance-related topic.
• Submit the video for review and incorporate feedback.
• Publish the approved video on Facebook and/or Instagram.
• Encourage communities to use and share available grievance mechanisms.
• Provide basic reach/engagement data and evidence of publication.

4. Engagement Approach

• December 2026: 5 trusted local social media influencers of Gwadar.
• January 2027: 5 additional trusted local social media influencers of Gwadar.
• Learning from the first batch will be used to improve the second batch.

5. Eligibility

The selected influencers must:

• Be trusted local social media influencers of Gwadar.
• Have an active Facebook and/or Instagram presence and genuine local audience.
• Be able to communicate clearly in locally understood languages.
• Demonstrate responsible and culturally appropriate social media conduct.

6. Duration

December 2026 – January 2027.

7. Payment

 Payment will be made against agreed deliverables in accordance with the organization’s procurement and financial procedures and the approved project budget.
