Enumerators for Endline Survey

Positions: 12 (8 Males & 4 Females)

Job Summary

The Enumerator will be responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting accurate data, and performing data entry for the Endline Assessment in Tehsil Chillas, District Diamer. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in challenging field conditions. Official transport will be provided for fieldwork. Proficiency in Shina language is preferred, and additional weightage will be given to local candidates.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct household surveys and interviews in the specified project areas of Tehsil Chillas, District Diamer for the Endline Assessment.
• Accurately record data using paper-based forms (or digital tools if provided).
• Input the collected data into the assigned system or database.
• Review and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide daily progress reports to the Field Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines throughout the data collection process.
• Ensure proper identification of respondents from the baseline sample (where applicable) and document any attrition or replacement households according to protocol.
• Flag any data quality issues or field challenges immediately to the supervisor.

2. Qualifications, Experience & Skills

1. Education: At least Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
2. Experience: Prior data collection or fieldwork experience is an advantage (especially previous work on baseline or similar surveys).
3. Skills:
• 3.1 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 3.2 Proficiency in Urdu and Shina (preferred).
• 3.3 Familiarity with data entry on Excel is preferred.
• 3.4 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with respondents.
• 3.5 Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and ethical standards.
