ELIGIBILITY
- Legally registered business entity in Pakistan (NTN required; GST if applicable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial/large-scale printing
- Sufficient production capacity to deliver 4,400 units of each item within the timeline
- Not on any debarment/blacklist by GoP, UNICEF, or any UN agency
