  • NTN and Active Taxpayer status
  • PRA registration, or proof of applying, before the contract is signed
  • At least 2 years in building works
  • At least 2 building works of PKR 1 million or more each completed in the last 5 years
  • Average annual turnover 2024-25 and 2025-26 of PKR 5 million or more
  • A PEC-registered B.Sc. civil site engineer with 2 years and a DAE civil site supervisor
