An international humanitarian organisation ("the Purchaser") invites sealed online quotations from registered suppliers for the supply and delivery of 300 family hygiene kits (lot C-1) and 300 menstrual hygiene management kits (lot C-2) to District Muzaffargarh, Punjab, within 15 days of the purchase order. Quote for one lot or both. Societies, trusts and NGOs are not eligible for this tender.

Method

Request for Quotations, one envelope. For each lot: the sample passes or fails, then the lowest price wins.

Key dates (Pakistan time)

    • Documents online, free: Wednesday 21 October 2026, 09:00
    • Questions through the link until: Thursday 29 October 2026, 17:00
    • Closing: Monday 2 November 2026, 14:00. The link closes by itself; a late quotation cannot be submitted.
    • Sample kits: one complete kit for each lot quoted, delivered by the closing time to the sample address shown to registered suppliers on the link; upload the courier receipt.
    • Quotation validity: 60 days

Who may apply

    • A registered supplier (SECP or Registrar of Firms, or a sole proprietor with NTN) with NTN and Active Taxpayer status and sales tax registration (STRN)
    • At least one earlier supply of similar items
    • Soap, toothpaste, ORS and tablets with a shelf life of 18 months or more at delivery

  5. Fill the price form online: the specification and rate of every item; the system adds each kit and multiplies by 300; prices in Pakistani rupees, all taxes included.
  6. Sign the declaration online and press SEAL. Your quotation is encrypted; nobody, the Purchaser included, can read it before the closing time. You may change it until then; the last sealed version counts.
  7. Deliver the sample kit(s) and upload the courier receipt.

Rules

  • Quotations only through the link (no paper, e-mail or courier; the sample kits excepted).
  • Questions only through the link; answers go to every registered supplier as an addendum, without naming who asked; only written answers and addenda bind the Purchaser; do not contact the Purchaser's staff about this tender in any other way.
  • The Purchaser may cancel the tender or reject all quotations at any time before award without liability.
