We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant & Admin Officer | KM Ustawana International (KMUI)

📍 Islamabad, Pakistan | On-Site
💼 Full-Time | 2- 4 Years Experience
💰 Package: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month

KMUI is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Admin Officer to support our finance and office operations. You’ll keep accounts accurate, documents in order and day-to-day administration running smoothly across our growing multi-vertical organization.

What you’ll do

Accounts:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers and ledgers
• Record income, expenses, receipts and payments accurately and on time
• Prepare invoices, bills and payment documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash and expense tracking
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
• Advanced practical expertise in MS Word (formatting, mail merge, professional document preparation), MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting) and MS PowerPoint (professional presentation design)

Administration:

• Manage office administration, record-keeping and filing, both digital and physical
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, coordination and office supplies
• Support HR administration, including employee records, attendance and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting and/or office administration (fresh graduates may apply)
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Urdu
• Ability to multitask, manage time well and meet deadlines
• Professional, reliable and willing to learn
