Position: Behavior Therapist

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field.
• Relevant training/certification in behavioral therapy or ABA will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience working with children in a school or special education setting will be an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with relevant practical training may also apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess students’ behavioral, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide one-to-one and classroom-based behavioral support.
• Support students in improving attention, communication, social interaction, and classroom behavior.
• Identify challenging behaviors and apply positive behavior-support strategies.
• Work closely with teachers and special educators to manage classroom behavior.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain behavioral records and reports.
• Guide teachers and parents/caregivers on appropriate behavior-management strategies.
• Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, independence, and daily living skills.
• Participate in student assessments, case discussions, and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, supportive, and child-friendly school environment.
