Marie Adelaide Leprosy Centre (MALC) – Autism Centre is seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatric Consultant to provide medical consultation services at its Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi.
Job Details
- Working Days: 2 days per week
- Consultation Hours: 2 hours per OPD session
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric consultations and clinical assessments for children with autism and other developmental conditions.
- Evaluate children’s health concerns and provide appropriate medical guidance.
- Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and special educators.
- Provide recommendations regarding child development, health management, and follow-up care.
- Maintain patient records and consultation documentation.
- Participate in case discussions when required.
Qualifications
- MBBS with specialization in Pediatrics (FCPS / MCPS / equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in pediatric care and developmental disorders will be preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Experience working with children with autism or special needs will be an advantage.
