Corporate Affairs Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day to day activity of CEO & Correspondance with Board of Directors.
2. Collaborate with internal departments (such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Support) to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
3. Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements when required.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
5. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Identify customer needs and provide suitable products, services, or solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service standards.
8. Having good relationship with Government departments & along with law related issues.
9. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
10. Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports, develop high-quality presentations for management, and maintain detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 Years plus Experience
