Overview
The Project Coordinator will lead the day-to-day implementation of REACH KP (Rights, Empowerment and Community-led Hubs) while supporting the broader expansion of the Legal Aid Society's Justice Hub model across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. Based in Islamabad, the role serves as the operational bridge between field implementation, strategic partnerships, donor compliance, and organisational priorities.
The position combines project management, stakeholder coordination, technology-enabled programme delivery, and community engagement to ensure high-quality implementation of REACH KP while contributing to LAS's long-term vision of expanding accessible, community-based justice services across Pakistan.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of REACH KP while providing operational and strategic support for Justice Hub expansion initiatives. The role manages project workplans, donor compliance, stakeholder engagement, field coordination, ERP and documentation systems, communications, and technology-enabled programme delivery.
Working closely with the Program Delivery Specialist, MERL, Technology, Communications, and external partners, the incumbent will ensure timely execution of project activities, strengthen organisational coordination, and contribute to the development of innovative justice solutions through AI, digital tools, and community-based approaches.
