Behavior Therapist

JOB Description

Behavior Therapist (BT)

Responsibilities:

• · Conduct basic behavioral assessments and observations
• · Assist in developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) 
• · Provide one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques 
• · Record data and track client progress
• · Guide parents and coordinate with team

Qualification:

• · BS/MS in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
• · ABA certification preferred (RBT or equivalent)
• · Experience with autism/Neurodevelopmental disorders

 Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities:

• · Assess functional, sensory, and motor skills
• · Develop and implement IEPs / therapy plans 
• · Improve daily living skills (writing, dressing, coordination)
• · Monitor progress and update goals
• · Work with multidisciplinary team

Qualification:

• · BS/DOT in Occupational Therapy (licensed/registered)
• · Experience in pediatrics or rehabilitation preferred

Speech Therapist (ST)

Responsibilities:

• · Conduct speech and language assessments 
• · Develop and implement IEPs / speech therapy plans 
• · Work on communication, speech clarity, and language skills
• · Track progress and maintain reports
• · Train parents for home practice

Qualification:

• · MS in Speech-Language Pathology
• · Licensed/registered therapist preferred
• · Experience with speech delays/Neurodevelopmental Disorders
